OVERVIEW
Masre Group is a diversified trading conglomerate operating across steel, agricultural commodities (olives, dates, Arabic gum, sesame, seeds, woods), and other industries through a network of subsidiary companies. Despite the scale of their operations, they had no unified digital presence — making it impossible for international investors and buyers to understand the scope of their business. I built a comprehensive multi-company portfolio platform to present each arm of the group professionally.

THE PROBLEM
Masre Group operated multiple companies across different trading sectors but had no unified digital identity. Each subsidiary operated in isolation without a web presence, making it extremely difficult for international investors to understand the group's full scale, credibility, or range of commodities. Without SEO visibility, the group was entirely absent from international buyer and investor searches — a critical gap for a company seeking to attract new capital.
THE SOLUTION
Built a flagship corporate portfolio platform for the entire group using Next.js. Designed dedicated sections per subsidiary, each with its own product showcase and trading profile. Created high-quality visuals and detailed content for each commodity category including steel structures, agricultural exports, and other trading lines. Heavy SEO optimization ensured the group appeared in relevant international search queries for commodity buyers and investors.

Masre Group was a significant trading conglomerate, yet completely invisible to international markets. Investors seeking steel suppliers, commodity exporters, or trading partners in the region found none of the group's companies in any search. The absence of a unified, professional web presence meant missed contracts, missed investment rounds, and an inability to present the group's full scale during negotiations.
MULTI-COMPANY ARCHITECTURE
Designed a parent-company portal that acts as the hub for the entire group, with deep-linked subsidiary pages. Each company gets its own profile covering what it trades, its key products, and its market positioning. This architecture allowed the group to present as a professional conglomerate rather than a collection of unrelated small companies.
COMMODITY & STEEL SHOWCASE
Built visually rich product sections for steel structures and agricultural commodities. The steel section included structural specifications and project types. The agricultural section covered each commodity with origin, grade, and export capability — giving international buyers everything they needed to start a procurement conversation.
