ILM-VERSE (Graduation Project)
Role: Full Stack Developer
OVERVIEW
ILM-VERSE is a full-scale Learning Management System designed specifically for Thinking Flares School. It provides a premium experience with dedicated dashboards for Admins, Secretaries, Department Admins, Teachers, Students, and Parents. The platform handles all standard LMS functionalities including courses, assignments, and source file management. Additionally, it features dynamic data streaming and utilizes both SQL and NoSQL databases to handle complex educational data.

THE PROBLEM
Thinking Flares School required a robust platform to manage their educational processes across multiple roles. They needed a system capable of handling distinct permissions, dynamic attendance tracking, and a flexible exam and grading system for both online and physical exams that could automatically generate certificates without manual intervention.
THE SOLUTION
Developed a massive LMS architecture powered by both SQL and NoSQL databases with dynamic data streaming capabilities. Implemented a strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system where functionalities are governed by role (e.g., teachers manage their own courses, while department admins oversee all teachers in their department). Built custom modules for dynamic attendance reporting, automated certificate generation, and an advanced exam system.

GRANULAR ROLE-BASED ACCESS CONTROL
The core of ILM-VERSE is its RBAC engine. Functionalities are strictly segregated based on the user's role. For example, a teacher has full management over their specific courses, assignments, and files, while Department Admins have broader oversight over all teachers' courses within their department, and Admins maintain full system control.
ADVANCED EXAM & GRADING SYSTEM
Built a highly dynamic exam system that caters to both online LMS exams and physical exams. The grading engine automatically processes scores and triggers a certificate generation module that creates official certificates without any manual writing required.
HYBRID DATABASE & DATA STREAMING
To handle the complex, structured relationships of users and courses alongside the high-volume, unstructured data of dynamic attendance reports and real-time activities, the system leverages both SQL and NoSQL databases combined with dynamic data streaming.
